Application of xenon gas in chip manufacturing

The latest use of xenon in electronic chip manufacturing is as a rare gas. With the development of science and technology, the application of xenon is more and more extensive, mainly used in electric light source, medical treatment, scientific research, aerospace and so on.

In recent years, xenon has been widely used in the manufacture of electronic chips, which is the most important reason for the increased demand for and speculation on xenon. Several large chipmakers are using xenon plasma etching, primarily in the manufacture of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). MEMS devices integrate microelectronics and micromechanics into one, enabling more complex and efficient circuits to be built on a single chip. The technology essentially combines computer chips (which process data) and sensors (which collect data) into a single component that can be mass-produced. The potential use of such chips is limitless.

For a long time, chip such advanced center technology, are mastered by developed countries in Europe and the United States. Since the 1980s, China has been trying to develop its own central chip products. But because Europe and the United States and other countries in the name of security high-tech center technology closed, so lead to decades, China's electronic technology products have always been attributed to the "lack of core and soul" situation. But Chinese researchers have also been chasing the latest generation of chip technology, never abandoned.
