1. High activity; High CO conversion rate.

At present, the domestic heap density of this kind of catalyst is high, about 1.6kg /L. By improving the manufacturing process, the catalyst with the bulk density of 1.25Kg/L can be produced to ensure the performance of the catalyst. In addition, these catalysts are seldom suitable for low water vapor ratio. It is very rare for the manufacturers to have a good performance in large fertilizer plants under low water vapor ratio conditions. It is ideal to ensure that the catalyst can operate at a minimum water vapor ratio of 0.35.

2. At present, most manufacturers use wet materials to dry in the oven, and then crush them, add water and graphite to make sheets. By changing the manufacturing process, the catalyst has a low bulk density of about 1.2Kg/L.
