Argon purifier
At present, many consumers use argon purifier, which must use argon as carrier gas during purification. The first thing to do is to pass argon into the purifier, until the high purity argon gas is outputted, then other gases can be input.
The working principle of the argon purifier is: the gas is heated to 700℃ container with titanium particles, oxygen and nitrogen are removed through chemical reaction, hydrogen, hydrocarbon, carbon dioxide and water are removed through the pipe with copper oxide, and the remaining carbon dioxide and water are removed when passing through the sieve.
Titanium, copper oxide and molecular sieve are respectively installed in a section of stainless steel pipe to form "titanium pipe", "copper oxide pipe" and "molecular sieve pipe". Finally, titanium, copper oxide and molecular sieve will be consumed and the purification efficiency will be reduced. The user must replace these pipes, which will be described in detail later in the manual
The argon purifier can purify the impure gas (impurity content 10-50ppm). After purification, the impurity content is less than 1ppm, and the maximum flow rate is 10L / min. the purification effect is better when the flow rate is low. MP2000 gas purifier can remove oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, water, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon.
