Gas replacement deamination technology



Gas replacement ammonia removal technology is a new ammonia-nitrogen treatment technology with a new concept. Wastewater containing inorganic ammonia-nitrogen treated by this technology can meet the national first-class discharge standard (ammonia-nitrogen less than 15mg/L) in a single treatment. This technology is the only one in the world that can achieve the effluent ammonia-nitrogen less than 15mg/L through a single treatment.





Process base principle



Gaseous ammonia solubility in water and the partial pressure in the gas phase is always change with the change with the condition such as pressure, temperature, reduce the partial pressure of gas phase ammonia is the key to the ammonia in the water to the gas phase transfer conditions, and reduce the partial pressure of gas phase ammonia method, one is improve the vacuum degree of the gas phase space, 2 it is to increase the non-condensable gas partial pressure.
