Characteristics of sulfur hexafluoride
Reliability safety
As the charged part is all sealed in the inert SF6 gas, it is not in contact with the outside and not affected by the outside environment, which greatly improves the reliability. In addition, because all components are combined as a whole, it has excellent anti-seismic performance.
There is no danger of electric shock as the live part is sealed in the grounded metal case. SF6 gas is a non-burning gas, so there is no fire risk.
Because the charged part is closed with a metal shell, it is shielded from electromagnetic and static electricity, with low noise and strong anti-radio interference ability.
Adaptable
Suitable for harsh environmental conditions (such as severe pollution, hail, snow, water dew, high altitude, earthquake, etc.).
Sf6 gas moisture density monitoring system
Advantage:
1. Arc extinguishing chamber is small in volume, simple in structure, large in switching off current, short in arc burning time, no reignition or reignition in switching off capacitance or inductive current, low in overvoltage.
2. Long electrical life. Under the condition of full capacity of 50KA, it can break 19 times continuously, and the accumulative breaking current can reach 4200KA, and it is suitable for frequent operation.
3. High insulation level. When sulfur hexafluoride gas is at 0.3mpa air pressure, it has passed various insulation tests and has a large margin. After the accumulated breaking current is 3000kA, each fracture can withstand power frequency voltage of 250kV for 1 min at 0.3mpa air pressure, and when sulfur hexafluoride gas is reduced to zero meter pressure, it can withstand power frequency voltage of 166.4kV for 5 minutes.
4. Good sealing performance. Sulfur hexafluoride gas water content is low, arc extinguishing chamber, resistance and pillar are divided into independent gas isolation, and installed in stainless steel gas box, gas box welding seal, on-site installation does not need to open, can prevent dirt and moisture into the circuit breaker.
