He-ne Laser:was among the first to produce continuous Laser output, though its work efficiency is very low, the output power is not high, usually only a few milliwatts or tens of milliwatts, but its good beam quality, and visible light band of red (wavelength is given priority to with 0.6328 microns), manufacturing and the structure is simple, and so use popularization, is widely used in: calibration, collimation, teaching experiment, display, precision measurement, interferometry, holographic technique, testing, thermal output, medical and so on.
