The application of the mixture gas
Mixture gas type has a lot of, basically is useful in all walks of life to, to talk about some common mixture: P10 gases (trade name for argon methane mixture, expect a 10% 90% argon gas, methane and laser mixture used above (laser cutting), helium and carbon dioxide and nitrogen, also have individual requirements besides the above three components of the carbon monoxide gas, argon gas bao (industrial welding using) requires the argon, carbon dioxide, hydrogen and nitrogen, helium and nitrogen mixture, neon and argon gas mixture, argon oxygen mixture, sterilization mixture, blood gas and lung function, and so on.
The P10 gas, or argon-methane mixture, is mainly used in the cement industry, using fluorescence spectrometers in laboratories, and the laser mixture is mainly used in laser cutting machines, with different concentration ratios depending on cutting requirements. The mixture of argon and carbon dioxide in the argon shielding gas also varies according to the different concentration ratio of welding materials. The mixture of argon and oxygen is also the welding protection gas, which is mainly used in the welding of some alloy steels. Hydrogen and nitrogen mixture is also called combustion gas or fuel gas, mainly for combustion tests and commissioning.
A neon-argon mixture is used mainly in some lamps, and an argon-nitrogen mixture, also used in lamps, is also called an argon bulb. The main components of the sterilized mixture are ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide. According to the required ratio of concentration, the blood gas is actually a mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, and sometimes oxygen is also needed. Lung function gas is composed of carbon monoxide, helium and oxygen. It is mainly used in lung function test equipment of laboratory department in hospital.
