NO (excessive nitric oxide)

This may be due to the gasoline mixture proportional dilute intake system, the large amount of carbon storage in the engine combustion chamber, the formation of more open flame in the cylinder, the three-way catalytic converter and oxygen sensor failure. It is recommended to check the air filter, spark plug, throttle, oxygen sensor and three-way catalytic converters, clean the jet nozzle, combustion chamber, inlet and exhaust valves and the carbon and glue of the seat buckle, clean the three-way catalytic converters;

CO, HC, NO are slightly exceeded

May be spark plug clearance is too large; Poor atomization of fuel injector, large amount of carbon and rubber oil in cylinder wear, failure of three-way catalytic converter and oxygen sensor, etc. Check the air filter, spark plug, inlet temperature sensor, inlet pressure sensor, add the double nuclear wear reduction repair agent and efficient cleaning agent, if not effective, use the three-way catalytic converter cleaning agent to clean the three-way catalytic converter;

CO, HC unqualified, NO qualified

CO, HC slightly exceed the standard, NO seriously exceed the standard

It may be that the oil and gas mixture ratio has been adjusted to be slightly thinner, a large amount of carbon has been accumulated in the intake system and engine combustion chamber, multiple open fires have been formed in the cylinder, and the three-way catalytic converter and oxygen sensor have failed. After the use of high-efficiency detergent, add the double nuclear wear reduction repair agent to repair, use the three-way huarizer cleaning agent to clean the three-way catalytic converter;

CO exceeds the standard, HC, NO qualified

May be the engine mixture too thick, combustion is not complete, the intake system is not smooth, nozzle wear, cylinder serious wear. Check air filter, spark plug, ignition timing. After the use of high efficiency detergent, add a double nuclear wear reduction repair agent repair;

CO, HC unqualified, NO qualified and have black smoke in heavy load

May be serious wear and tear cylinder, cylinder pressure serious drop. If the use of self-repairing protective agent can not effectively increase the cylinder pressure, replace the piston ring, cylinder liner, cylinder pad, cylinder head and other parts;

HC seriously exceeds the standard, NO slightly exceeds the standard, CO qualified
