As is known to all, nitrogen is a kind of inert gas, and nitrogen has been used in tires for as long as 20 years. Nitrogen is used in tires of airplanes, space shuttle, F1 racing cars, exploration vehicles and other vehicles with extremely high safety requirements. The tyres of Formula one cars must be filled with nitrogen. In recent years, the European Union has made it mandatory for car tyres to be filled with nitrogen. The advantages are as follows:

1. Nitrogen is an inert gas, and its properties are extremely inactive. Gas molecules are larger than oxygen molecules, which are not easy to expand in heat or contract in cold, and the deformation amplitude is small. The speed of penetrating the tire wall is 30-40% slower than that of air, which can keep the tire pressure stable.

2. Nitrogen has low audio conductivity, equivalent to 1/5 of air. Nitrogen can effectively reduce tire noise and improve driving tranquility.

3. Compared with the general high pressure air, high purity nitrogen because there is no oxygen and almost no moisture and oil, its thermal expansion coefficient is low, low thermal conductivity, slow temperature rise, reduce the speed of heat accumulation of tires, with non-combustible and non-combustibility, so that the chance of tire explosion is effectively reduced.

4. Nitrogen tires, water content is less, so aluminum alloy steel ring and iron ring is not easy to rust, corrosion, tires are not easy to oxidation.
