Application of Xenon in chip manufacturing
The latest use of xenon in electronic chip manufacturing as a noble gas, the current domestic production is low. With the development of science and technology, xenon gas has been used more and more widely, mainly in electric light source, medical treatment, scientific research, aerospace and so on.
In recent years, xenon has been widely used in the manufacturing of electronic chips, which is the most important reason for the current increase in demand for and speculation on xenon. Several large chipmakers are using xenon plasma etching, primarily in the manufacture of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). MEMS devices can integrate microelectronics and micromechanics into a single unit, making circuits more complex and efficient on a single chip. The technology, which essentially combines a computer chip (processing data) and a sensor (collecting data) into a single component, can be mass-produced. The potential use of such chips is unlimited, and xenon etching is used by semiconductor manufacturers to produce such superchips.
All along, chip is such advanced center technology, be mastered by EurAmerican developed country. Since the 1980s, China has been trying to develop its own domestic center chip products. But because Europe and The United States and other countries to security for the high-tech center technology closed, so lead to decades, China's electronic technology products have always been attributed to the "lack of core little soul". But Chinese researchers have always been chasing the latest generation of chip technology and have never abandoned it.
