Gas detection method
1. Gas chromatography
Gas chromatography is suitable for the analysis of inorganic gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, ethane, propylene and most organic gases above C3. Gas chromatograph is mainly composed of gas path system, injection system, column incubator, chromatographic column, detector and data processing system. In order to obtain accurate and reliable analysis results of standard gases by gas chromatography, it is necessary to establish analytical methods and select appropriate operating conditions and techniques.
2. Chemiluminescence
Chemiluminescence is a method to analyze the components by using the luminescence phenomenon produced by some chemical reactions. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good selectivity, simple method, fast and so on. It is applicable to the analysis of sulfide, nitrogen oxide, ammonia and other standard gases.
3. Non dispersive infrared analysis
Non dispersive infrared gas analyzer is to measure the content of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, methane, ethane, propane, butane, acetylene and other components in the mixed gas by using different gas chambers and detectors. The non dispersive infrared gas analyzer is mainly composed of infrared light source, sample chamber, filter, chopper, detector, amplifier and data display device.
4. Micro oxygen analyzer
Micro oxygen analyzer: in the analysis of high-purity gas, almost all high-purity gas requires accurate determination of micro oxygen content. As there is a large amount of oxygen (21%) in the atmosphere, it is one of the difficulties in gas analysis to accurately determine the trace oxygen and even the trace oxygen in high-purity gas.
5. Micro water analyzer
Micro moisture is also one of the main indexes to evaluate the quality of high purity gas. Almost all high-purity gases have strict requirements on water content. Accurate measurement and strict control of water content in high-purity gases can ensure the quality of high-purity gases.
